What are the hours of operation?
Our daycare is open year-round, Monday through Friday, from 6 AM to 7 PM. Additionally, from May through September, we offer Saturday hours from 9 AM to 4 PM. All sessions include flexible drop-off and pick-up times.
What vaccinations does my dog need to attend?
To ensure a safe environment for all dogs, we require current vaccinations for rabies, distemper, Bordetella (kennel cough) and town registration. Proof of vaccination is needed before your dog’s first day.
How do you ensure my dog’s safety?
We maintain a safe and supervised environment with trained staff and secure play areas. Dogs are grouped by size and temperament to ensure compatibility and safety.
Can I tour the facility before enrolling my dog?
Absolutely! We encourage potential customers to schedule a tour or ask to see at your meet and greet appointment. This allows you to see the environment your dog will be in and meet our friendly staff.
What should I bring on my dog’s first day?
Please bring any necessary items such as a leash, a specific food if your dog has dietary restrictions and needs lunch.
